First Streaming Event!

Hello everyone, The Learning Navigators is excited to announce their first event! We are going to have our Lead Navigator Sam Tolkin host a live stream event to help viewers learn more about twitch.tv (a popular live streaming service known for video game streaming) and an educational game called, "Logical Journey of the Zoombinis". He is going to play through the game, explain ways to use it for educational, and entertainment, purposes, and answer as many of your questions as he can. Answers to frequently asked questions can be found below.
What is the event?
Sam Tolkin is going to teach viewers about twitch.tv and the educational game, The Logical Journey of the Zoombinis. He is going to explain ways to use the game to help with tracking progress in a student, taking a fun break, and practicing skills at home.
What is twitch.tv?
A website that allows for viewers to watch people live stream, primarily video games. It will be used to watch the event as well as a chat for asking questions (once you make a free account).
When will the event be?
Saturday September 12th, 2020 at 1PM EDT/10AM PDT.
How do I join the event? What if I have questions?
Anyone is welcome to join the event. You can join the event by going to twitch.tv/solmen at the link above or by e-mailing thelearningnavigators@gmail.com. You can also reach us at that e-mail if you have any specific questions.
What if I can't make the event?
We will make sure to record a video of the stream in case you can't make it. If you can't make the event, but want a video, please e-mail us at thelearningnavigators@gmail.com. We will also be doing more events similar to this in the future so join our newsletter here for updates on future events.
